Reservation Policy:

A 50% deposit is required to reserve space. Payment in full is due 90 days before the first day of arrival of the trip.  No refunds will be returned in the event of a cancellation, but will be considered for future trips, on a case-by-case basis, determined exclusively by Lake Merin Outfitters.  For this reason, we strongly suggest that all guest purchase travel insurance in order to protect their investment in the event of a cancellation, or other circumstances beyond one’s control.

Our daily rates include: double occupancy accommodations (2 guests per room), all meals, beer, wine, and soft drinks, two hunters per duck blind, and one guide per blind. 

Guns and ammunition: Beretta, Benelli, and Stoeger autoloaders are included in the daily rate.   Shotgun shells cost US$ 15 a box.  The hunting license is $200usd per hunter, and round trip ground transportation from the airport in Montevideo is $220usd per passenger. 

All of trip fees must be pre-paid before arrival, except for shells, which must be paid in cash at the end of the trip.
